What is BHB Incorporate's maximum machining and turning capacity?
BHB Incorporate turns components up to 1000 mm in diameter, forms on a 250 MT hydraulic press, and profile-cuts steel plate up to 300 mm thick to ±0.5 mm. The plant handles parts up to a metre across and tens of tonnes in weight, served by a 10 MT overhead crane and a 50 MT weighbridge — twelve machines running as one disciplined line.
Capacity at a glance
- Heavy lathe — up to Ø1000 mm turning (large housings, end covers, pump bodies).
- CNC turning centre — up to Ø350 mm, high-accuracy repeat production.
- Vertical machining centre (VMC) — 850 × 550 mm bed for milling, drilling, contouring.
- CNC flame cutting — up to 300 mm thick at ±0.5 mm.
- Hydraulic press — 250 MT for forming and upsetting.
- 10 MT overhead crane and 50 MT weighbridge for heavy handling.
FAQ
What is the largest diameter you can turn?+
Up to 1000 mm (1 metre) on our heavy lathe — suitable for large pump bodies, end covers and housings.
What plate thickness can you cut, and at what accuracy?+
Up to 300 mm thick on the CNC flame cutting system, profile-cut to drawing at ±0.5 mm.
Can you handle heavy assemblies?+
Yes — a 10 MT overhead crane and a 50 MT weighbridge support heavy fabrication and dispatch.
